Duration to lose weight took me: 6 months


Fold: I experienced back pain without gaining weight. As it deteriorated, I also found it difficult to raise my child. My eating habits are also bad for my health. I loved eating parantas, poor, dosas and idli! This is the truth check I need. If it doesn’t care about my health, no one will want to help me. Therefore, it is better to treat us harshly than to compromise on our health and well-being.


My meal: Simple home-made food is enough. My plate sometimes has two chapatis with vegetables, yogurt, lentils, and salad.


My dinner: I interrupt my carbs and eat light meals. Instead of two, I also have a chapati, which includes a bowl of vegetable, raw cheese.


Pre-workout meal: mostly black coffee, otherwise would like to explore on an empty stomach


Post-workout meal: scoop of protein powder with milk or water.


I enjoy (what you eat in your cheat days): Since I am a tea lover, I like to enjoy tea-snacks like samosas on my cheating days. And, I also like ice cream and savory desserts. My exercise: My exercise regime is very consistent. I do this five or six days a week to learn that it takes an hour and a day to train cardio and strength. I am physically active all day and can walk once.


Low calorie recipes I swear: I have no specific recipes to share, but my advice is to set your diet low in oil (or any oil if possible).

How am I motivated? In the midst of my transition, I dream of fitting into all the styles I can’t wear due to being overweight. I am so happy to say that I also feel 20 years back. When I was 17 years old, I was 53kg and now I am 37 years old and its weight is 53kg.


How do you make sure someone is not losing focus? Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness. A lot of times I thought it was junk or just wanted to get junk, fatty food. Instead of actually eating them and cheating on my food, I spit out the taste. It’s silly, I know, but it really works!


Is being overweight important? Being overweight keeps you healthy. I have terrible back pain, joint pain with hypothyroidism. You want to try things, but your body does not support it.


What will shape you from the 10 year series? More chisel, with better muscles than immediately.


What lifestyle changes have you made? Fitness brought an end to my lifestyle. I consciously devote time to my exercises and think about what is going on in my mouth.


What is the rock bottom point for you? Once I started my journey, my body became immune. I have back pain and it hurts me not to exercise for 2 good weeks. A similar challenge came up again, which gave me 3 weeks of rest. However, time has passed and I am in a happier place today.
